In Co-Located Hosting, you supply all the computing hardware and we provide the environment. This includes building security, air conditioning, raw and uninterruptible mains power, rack housing, a high bandwidth internet connection and shared office space when needed. Co Location is sold in multiples of 1U rack space with significant discounts for quarter, half or full racks. A Hastingwood standard rack is 42U and can consume UPS power up to 2000 VA or more by arrangement. It is normal for Co Located servers to be unmanaged, but we will take on the management chore if required. 
Unmanaged Service Lowest rent but could be highest cost! You carry out all maintenance, install patches and service packs, upgrades - our contribution is the odd reboot at your request.
